I have been rabbiting on about the need for arm the rap, within three days of stroke.
About a year ago I met an O.T. who gave such therapy. She was a part of the stroke team, on call night and day. The hospital is of medium size and, I think, with a moderate stroke load. I met her at home after she had transferred to a private O.T. group. She gave me a couple of tough workouts and then moved on to another job.
I am content.
