A great honest blog, thanks I enjoyed the read.i also was boots and all re sports and activities pre stroke, and like you found the group activities very difficult.i am still acutely aware of my disabilities when in town...I live on a farm ....I have left side hemiplegia, have found a cane basket with open top that fits as a back pack,my go to companion when out and about....
