Rehab versus Recovery?

On reading my articles on facilities available to stroke affected people I noted my use of “rehab hospitals, clinics – rehab everywhere”. Used by me to my awakened shame. To me now, rehab means the rebuilding of something. Surely not appropriate to the human body and mind!

I will leave my articles unamended as witness to my joining “the mob” without a whimper of dissent.

Moving on – are not “recovery hospital clinic, features etc.” accurate, true and positive?

I hope, I have regained my critical analysis of stroke problems unaffected of stroke problems unaffected by the slim chance that recovery will prevail.
