I collapsed after breakfast and was rushed by screaming ambulance to the same acute hospital. In triage I perked up and saw an old chap out to it on a stretcher. The ambo and triage clerk talk went like this “next of kin?” “None” pause “he came from a nursing home.” What a sad end for the poor old chap.
In the acute care bay, I was approached by two men dressed in black. “I see you wish to be resuscitated should the need arise “yes”.
I’m glad that was recorded. The men were doctors in black uniforms being the highest level for staff doctors. After hosts of tests and medicine changes I was sent home.
