If this is you, apply for a scholarship to attend a lived experience session at the Stroke 2023 Conference in Melbourne.
When: Wednesday 23 August, 9am-5pm.
Where: Centrepiece, Olympic Blvd, Melbourne.
This full-day session is for people with lived experience of stroke. This includes survivors of stroke, family members and carers. Successful applicants will be able to attend the session free of charge.
Applications close 5pm, Tuesday 1 August, 2023.
