After having a intracerebral brain haemorrhage (ICH). Emotionally, there were difficult days that tested my resilience. It's incredibly frustrating when progress seems stalled, and It's perfectly normal to feel anger and frustration during these times. However, I remind myself that acceptance doesn't mean giving up; It means acknowledging things as they are and focussing on what I can control, and letting go of what I can't,
believing in yourself is the first step towards making anything happen. I’m grateful for the positive support I have from my family, friends & from unexpected people.
Especially from my Rehab crew, support worker Carol Courtsidas & my Excercise Physiologist Michael Chrysanthou, that make me believe in myself.
. I live with hope for the future, knowing that my life is still beautiful and filled with ogood things to come.
Despite the challenges I am deeply grateful and feel blessed for the beautiful people I've met along my journey.
