Today I went out for lunch with hubby,baby & brother..it left me feeling very tired. I usually tired each day from 2pm till 4 or 5. I need a nap and have no issues sleeping at night.

All survivors get tired. I still suffer from cognitive fatigue 3 years from my stroke.
Your brain needs a nap, not because you are tired. You have lost a percentage of your brain, your battery needs to rechanged faster than before.
I take mid-morning and mid-afternoon naps nearly every day.
