Care looks like..

I needed to access some help seeking for my health out of Monday - Friday regular hours. Always a very breath holding experience for me - even 32 years on.

My experience felt like this...

CARE

Care sounds like.....listening with a whole self

Care looks like.....leaning into my space with respect

Care feels like......being held even without holding

Care smells like.....no fear

Care tastes like......in this moment my help seeking was met with professionalism and compassion, so much so that next time I will hope for the same level of CARE.
