Dear all, recently I started spending time and working on the 'Ledger of my Recovery'. The aim is to put things into perspective as negative sentiments often tend to drag us down and it takes time to recover. The idea arose due to my professional background (banking) and the necessaty to take stock from time to time (the so called 'Performance Review' - half yearly review - sounds pretty harsh, but a reality for most working people). What have I achieved, what have I lost, what is the same?
