Fatigue beat me today. I am disappointed and a little surprised to be honest. After nearly six years and a lot of hard work, it is apparent more than ever that 'recovery' doesn't have a completion date.

Let it all out in safe spaces where no one is going to question why you are feeling what you are feeling. It's okay to feel it all. And sometimes feeling it all is overwhelming.
