0 CommentsMany years ago I conducted research on mental skills for performers. One of these skills was to visualise themselves playing and performing their music and being on stage. It really helped them to learn to a new piece and to reduce anxiety on stage. Now there is scientific evidence that imaging yourself doing things that you are currently no physically capable of doing due to stroke does help in the rehabilitation of these activities even where you are not physically capable of performing these actions, currently.
