Each month, we're giving away a book written by a survivor of stroke. This month, it's Antonio Iannella's Saigon Siren. 

Antonio is an author, musician and songwriter. Saigon Siren is a honest and funny account of Antonio’s ongoing battle with the dirty stroke demon Vaughn, as he came to call it. He details his meandering road to recovery with endearing intimacy and amusing anecdotes. Unfolding into a quest for self-discovery, Antonio shares the healing power of creativity, love, and peace as he stumbles through the countless obstacles his new disability presents.
