Memory research, helpful tips

I am participating in Stroke memory research via Zoom. It involves an initial interview, followed by discussion on general ramifications of stroke by a neurologist, physiotherapist, occupational therapists and a nurse. 

It then involves memory training for once a week for about 8 weeks via Zoom with a neuropsychologist with about eight other participating stroke survivors.
