StrokeConnect is coming to TOWNSVILLE!

Join us for a day of talks from local organisations that can support you to manage your recovery and life after stroke. There will be opportunities to meet other stroke survivors, updates on programs delivered in Queensland by the NSF and an introduction to Enableme.

Guest speakers include local stroke survivors, Community Rehab North Queensland, Carers Queensland, Tai Chi for Busy People and Get Active Townsville.
