From Nathan: “Here is how I have looked after my mental health since my stroke. It may not be for everyone but smashing things up is a good emotional release for me.
I smash stuff up every second week or so and I get some anger and my emotions out. I walk out of the place feeling refreshed and the headspace is great.”
Nathan goes to a secialised place to smash things. The technical design of the venue, the safety equipment provided, experienced staff, with detailed safety briefings make it safe. Nathan doesn't recommend you do it yourself –and neither do we.
