Thank you for posting about Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. This therapy describes the use of breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized room.  Were you asking in terms of post stroke treatment?

Our evidence based Clinical Guidelines help us decide treatment post stroke. The guideline includes research from around the world to guide decision making. We have some evidence in our Clinical Guidelines stating that ‘for acute ischaemic stroke patients, hyperbaric oxygen therapy is not recommended.’ The link to our clinical guidelines can be found here
