Learning to use a computer again

Hi there,

I'm learning to type again but progress is slow, my right hand doesn't have the ability to use a mouse yet either. Any ideas on how to approach rehab for this?

I don't want to use work arounds like voice to text yet, but rather focus on rebuilding my ability.
