Information and Support for Carers

 Hi Carers,

My name is Lauren and I work for Synapse, Australia's Brain Injury Organisation. 

We have received funding for a program to support carers of individuals with brain injury, including stroke. 

We are running Information and Support Sessions for Carers throughout 2019 and we would love to have more people involved. 

We host these sessions at hubs in Parramatta, Gosford, Dubbo and Port Macquarie. The Information Sessions are live streamed and recorded so that people can watch from these hubs or from their own home. Following the Information Session at these hubs, we then have a cup of tea and a chat about the challenges of caring and share our stories.
