Richard is chuffed that you read his blog. It's put a spring in his step. He says in rehab "we've gotta keep on keeping on, even though each part of every day is a challenge."

Keep going Richard. It’s really hard.Three years on I can now wash the dishes. A task I once hated. The warmth in the water helps my hand to move. And hey the dishes need washing anyway.
