Hey Marcus,  good on you - wonderful idea I reckon.  When I find things particularly challenging, I head off down to the river to de-stress.  Nature is good for me - always brings me back to a safe and happy place in my mind.  Not a good day for me today, but there's always tomorrow...

I'm in - yes photo's are good for me too.  Here is one while I am at the top of a walk around Mt Panorama in Bathurst looking down on the fog covering the township.  A beautiful time to walk, when to fog is all around and then up the top, it's crystal clear.  I would use the fog and clearness of the top of the mount to think about my brain fogginess and how I wanted it to be. Enjoying these images a lot people.  I sometimes find myself finding an appropriate quote or "pearl of wisdom" (not my own - not that gifted) together with one of my images - it relaxes me, almost as much as a wander by the river or visiting my feathered friends does.  I don't suffer any sensory overload when I'm wandering (thank goodness).  I love the strength and tenacity of new growth - symbolic for me anyway of new beginnings or of fighting for survival..
