We had a resounding win against the QCAT kangaroo court !!!

All those who claimed it is impossible to win a battle against the impossibly corrupt kangaroo courts (civil and administrative tribunals) can now eat their hats. On Wednesday 10th May, after a series of skirmishes stretching over two and a half years, my partner got her life back.  Note however that this involved ten of thousands of pages in submissions, forty reports by eight medical and allied health professionals, a very astute barrister, a tribe of supporters and oversight by the UN Human Rights Council and the International Criminal Court. One of the quasi-judges attempted to raise evidence he had created a year ago but was quickly put in his place by the barrister (score barrister 1 kangaroo court 0) and a later kerfuffle regarding a private recording of proceedings. resulted in a score (supporter 1 kangaroo court 0). I believe the quasi-judicial grub intended excising the part of the official transcript where he did his nana at the barrister, but now that we have a private recording, the kangaroo court will be reluctant to sanitize the official recording as it habitually does.  Before anyone comes to the conclusion that they can cut and paste the results into their own matter, be aware that this win was the result of tens of thousands of hours research, none of which can be reflected in an enableme posts.  I'm only too happy to assist anyone travelling the same track, but don't expect a five minute fix. You'll need infinitely more dedication than you could imagine and no Australian politician, watchdog , newspaper or current affairs show will take the slightest interest.
