A Stroke of Poetry - my new book

I have just finished reading Shelagh's  book and what an achievement, well done! The poems taking you through various stages of recovery to a wonderful success to finish.  I could relate to the sentiment all the way through and Shelagh has put into words feelings and thoughts I sometimes have difficulty in doing. Congratulations Shelagh you are an inspiration.
