Many people tell us that they find it a challenge to adjust to life after stroke, especially in the early months after stroke.
However the conversations we have with many who are further down their recovery path is how they have found, and often embraced what they call - their ‘new normal’.
So how does one get from the early feelings of frustration and loss, to embracing this new normal?
