Warp speed

Hello everyone, my name is Alison and I had a basal ganglia stroke in March 2024. I have done well with my recovery and on the anniversary of the stroke I launched a podcast "One Year On" where I spoke about my experience. One episode focusses on my experiences of going at 'warp speed' while in the car, and I wondered if anyone else had had that experience? It's such a strange thing and I was so scared.
