Setting goals for your recovery

We are making some changes to the goals section on enableme.

We would love to know your thoughts on the goals section and on setting goals in general.

What goals do you have?

How did you set them?

What would have helped you when you were setting goals?

Goal setting . I came across a new word today , when someone who you are all very familiar with from the Stroke Foundation has come across my path. Simone Russell!!

Simone used the word - Intention.

I found the used of this word immediately was more soothing to my thoughts about goals for the future.

I look forward to the new look for goal setting on EnableMe.
