This is a resource first shared on Stroke Foundation Facebook by Karen, a survivor of stroke.

TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY SURVIVAL GUIDE, By Dr. Glen Johnson, Clinical Neuropsychologist.

It’s about the emotional stages of recovery after a TBI (traumatic brain injury), I thought others may benefit from the guide.

What was your experience with emotional stages after stroke, and do you have advice for others?.

Many of the one page articles in that online book are very good. They can be accessed by clicking 'Main Page' right down the bottom.

I found the 'Getting Overloaded' page very good too.

But it's the 'Emotional Stages' one that helped me put a name to my grieving.
