Yes I can still become a sensitive crying human when I am misunderstood and just pushed that bit too much. I need a group hug my friends.

A big hug from me in Japan. It is important for you to open your feeling, by yourself or with someone understands what you are going through. I don't cry, but I can feel overwhelmed what is in front of me. I just have to remember - live in the moment.

Thank you for your reply and cyber hug! I did have the opportunity to talk my troubles out today with someone professional. And yes I am feeling much better this evening after just finishing my yoga and now to have a cup of tea and read. I am reading Jack - The life of C.S. Lewis. It's an interesting read. I have enjoyed finding out that Lewis and Tolkien were friends, it make sense to me they would have a lot in common, I have three other books lined up after this one. Do you read much Marcus?
I did take it easy today and had the classical music on for a lot of the day while I read and colored in.
I am heading into tomorrow in a much more peaceful frame of mind.

Yes, I like reading for two types: things about the brain and a Japanese writer (in English). 'The Youngest Minds' and 'Colorless Tsukuba Tazaki'. I am sure you can find which one.
I am writing a little very day nothin the diary and my story. I don't know if it is interesting or not but it does help me understand what I am doing now and what I will be do future.

I will investigate those books you mentioned. Reading for me takes me to a very happy place, somewhere I can learn about what I'm I interested in , I can learn about what I need to , I can share another person's experience, I can imagine, I can still my mind and be totally absorbed in a story and I can then I myself can talk about that if I want to or the opportunity arises.
Sure thing I would be happy to read anything you are happy to share. I get that it's a big thing to share such personal thoughts so thank you for trusting me.

Hi Sue! I think, whether you've had a stroke or not, we all need to cry at soem stage. I know since my stroke I cry a lot easier and sometimes at, when I lok back on it, the stupidest of things eg. in the middle of the supermarket becasue I coldn;t decide if I should buy bacon or not. What I remind myself of is taht it is perfectly okay to cry as long as it is only for that moment and taht afterwards is a new start. As I'm constantly saying 'The sun will come out tomorrow'. Hope the sun is shining for you today xx

IIsn;t it funny, in retrospect of course, the things that can make us cry. Yesterday I was in tears and all because I needed to buy some socks. Obviously, it wasn;t the needign of socks taht had me in tears but rather the process of needing soemone to drive me and take me shopping. The socks just became the symbol for a loss of independence that took on thier own life for the hour or so that I needed to express some emotions. I'm happy to report taht today was a much happier day :)
