Another win against QCAT / Public Trustee
Yet another victim of the kangaroo court / Public Trustee has had a win recently, with financial control wrested from the official extortion racket trading as the Office of the Public Trustee. Mind you the grubs managed to defraud the victim of some $400,000 since he fell into their clutches. Action to claw back the money is underway. Those who have been watching the news in Queensland may have noticed that three senior staff of the PTQ have been charged with fraud and embezzlement and two are now in receipt of free accommodation at taxpayers expense. The third missed out on the free accommodation prize by still copped a conviction and two years good behaviour bond. That completes the list of states / territories in which senior Public Trustee staff have been found guilty of criminal malpractice. Further criminal actions are being prepared against other PTQ and kangaroo court grubs.
