Do you live in Victoria? Did something go wrong while you were receiving a health service?

The Health Issues Centre in Melbourne are currently working with the Department of Health and Human Services (Vic) who are undertaking a review of the current health complaints system in Victoria.  

 

As part of the review, they are looking to hear from consumers about their experiences if something goes wrong when they see a health or wellbeing professional:

• did they speak up? (why/why not?)
• who did they approach?
• were they satisfied with the outcome?

 

They are keen to hear consumers’ opinions about what’s working well and what improvements could be made. All responses are anonymous.

 

The survey will close on 31 August.
