Occupational Therapy researchers wanting to understand your experience of home & improve home modification practice

Occupational therapy researchers at the University of Queensland are seeking volunteers to complete an online survey about their experience of home. The study aims to further develop a consumer questionnaire for home modifications and those who participate go into the draw to win one of five $100 gift vouchers.

If you or someone you know is

1) 18 years or older and

2) has some support (paid or unpaid) in your/their home, or uses equipment, or has had home modifications in their home
