Hi All,
I am a stroke survivor who is involved in research. I am co-facilitating some workshops for this study and we are looking for some participants who, following their stroke, have trouble or challenges with taking their medications, or would like more support in managing their medications.
We invite you to help create a digital platform to support people to take their prescribed medications after a stroke. If you take part, we will ask you to join online focus groups to design a digital platform called COMPASS.
We know that people often stop taking their medications after a stroke. This puts them at a higher risk of another stroke. Digital technology, like text messages and websites, are a way to deliver personalised information about medications. COMPASS will tailor information to support people to take their medications after a stroke.
Our first focus group is next week. You can find out more information here.
This project (50651) has been approved by the Monash University Human Research Ethics Committee.
