Life post-stroke can be overwhelming and traumatic, both physically and mentally. Stroke Foundation has developed a suite of programs to support survivors, carers and their families.

This webinar, led by Jude Czerenkowski, National Manager Stroke Recovery will outline Stroke Foundation’s key support programs including StrokeLine (1800 787 653), EnableMe and My Stroke Journey.

We welcome Rebecca Moore, survivor of stroke, and Nichola Browning, a parent and carer, who will share their lived experiences of life after stroke and give their perspectives on the resources and support that helped most in their recovery journeys.
