Post-stroke rehabilitation services

Hi, I'm after advice on post-stroke rehab available (private and public) for high needs patients in Melbourne.  Would like suggestions of places - especially for a patient who has suffered major paralysis (no movement in right leg or arm).  However, since the stroke, has gained some movement back in the right fingers, and is able to move his right leg (with assistance).  The patient has regained sensation on his right side, but unable to know exactly where the touch is.  He is now in the 8th week post-stroke, and is 72 years old.  Thanks.
