Rebecca (Bec) Schmidt-Lachlan has written a short book that captures the experiences, emotions and shifting thoughts while rehabilitating for several months at three different hospitals after a brain stem stroke turned her world upside down overnight.
Bec describes the book as an authentic short story based on the feelings and emotions of a life-changing experience.
We have a free copy to give away. All you need to do is write a short book review for EnableMe by 17 July.
If you're interested, send us a private message and we'll send you a copy to review. Click on the Young Stroke logo and then click Message. You can also email us youngstrokeproject@strokefoundation.org.au
Many thanks!
