The stroke is invisible to others but always there to me

Hello,

I had my stroke in 2014. Since than I've escape a wheelchair, a walker and finally a cane. However I still have some balance problems. However not having these appartuses has been my hardest handicap to deal with. Most people think I'm fine. My appearance and voice show no degradation. Does or is anyone else in this no mans land ?
