Survey - What is your perspective on current rehabilitation systems in Australia?
Hi everyone,
I am a year 12 student from Cornerstone College, currently doing a Research Project on stroke rehabilitation.
My RP question is: "What is the current best practice in stroke rehabilitation in Australia?
For my research, I have created a quick survey to gain an insight of public awareness and individual's perspective/knowledge regarding to current practices involved in stroke rehabilitation. I have put the link to this survey on the bottom of the post.
Please take time to complete my survey if you believe this is an area you can contribute to. It should only take 5 minutes, however you are more than welcome to take time to elaborate on any of your responses.
All responses will kept anonymous. No personal information is required except your age and occupation, but this is just for me to see the variety of people this survey has reached out to.
