National Reconciliation Week is a chance for us to recognise, that the things that bring us together far outweigh the things that divide us, and to explore how we can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.
Stroke Foundation stands with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their communities, in the ongoing battle against health inequities faced by First Nations peoples.
This National Reconciliation Week we want to give a shout out to our incredible Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander RAP Working Group members, Uncle Joe, Courtney, Gabby and our First Nations Coordinator Jony. We are so grateful for your dedication and wisdom!
