Recovery after stroke looks different for every person.

We are researchers from The University of Queensland seeking volunteers to participate in a study exploring how wearable movement sensors can be used to measure movement in people living with stroke.

Understanding how much and how often people move in their everyday lives is important for improving rehabilitation and developing better ways to track recovery. We hope this research will help make movement measurement easier, more accurate, and more meaningful for people after stroke.

More information about the study can be found on the Stroke Foundation website here: Wearable sensors to measure movement in people with stroke

Participation is entirely voluntary, and you are welcome to ask questions before deciding whether to take part. This is an in-person study based in Brisbane, Queensland.

If you are interested in participating or would like to find out more, please contact our research team using the details provided on the study webpage.

Thank you for considering being involved in this research.
Every participant helps us improve our understanding of recovery after stroke and contributes to research that may benefit others in the future.
