H everyone ,
Today I have been hanging out with Rosie , my friend from our Stroke Support Group , The Determinators . Rosie let me know that she would love to ride her bike again one day. So here we are , Rosie sitting on her bike after I helped her on, no riding because that's not possible at the moment. But sitting is good.. And looks us smiling !

Good luck with the bike riding endeavour. I tried getting back on my bike last year without much success but with lots of laughter. My husband felt like he was teaching the kids how to ride as he held the seat and I definitely felt the need for traaining wheels :) Getting off wsa even harder than getting on but again good humour prevailed.
I have issues with balance as it is and after this attempt decided taht bike riding is one thing I don;t mind leaving on the back burner and that i'm happy to stick with walkign. It took me about a week to get over the affects of my bike riding but I'm happy that I gave it a go. Without trying we never know!
