I'm sorry to hear about your father's stroke and resulting aphasia. I'm a Speech Pathologist here with StrokeLine (1800 787 653) and am more than happy to have a chat about therapy options.  

I personally haven't heard of this treatment being available for in Australia, however I'd encourage you to contact the Aphasia Association on 1800 274 274 to see if they can provide any further information.
