Some great info about stroke in her online public lectures.
I am also looking at sites which include info on grief. I have never been diagnosed as having any Post Traumatic Stress, however I know in myself symptoms I have managed over the years have been linked with my traumatic past. I also want to take care in not overloading myself with too much info and then second guessing myself on what works for me, so it's still a balancing act.
