Are you a young stroke survivor aged between 18 – 65 years? Or perhaps you are a family member, friend or person who cares for a young stroke survivor?

We want to hear from you!

What information did you or they receive after your stroke? What information was missing, what didn’t make sense? What helped? What information would you liked to have had access to?

The goal of this survey is explore what information around recovery would help the stroke community. What information gaps were there for you and what information resources would you have benefited from.
