First and foremost, **EVERY** Australian is a potential target of the guardianship racket.  Almost nothing you can do will protect you, certainly not  'the law', an Enduring Power of Attorney, or a lawyer or accountant.

whilst brain injury patients in a public hospital are the most likely to fall victim to this racket, **ANYONE** with significant assets and avaricious family members / lawyer / accountant is fair game.

Exactly the same racket is being practiced in all Australian states however unlike yankeeland where guardians (some states use the term 'conservator') are private individuals and companies, the versions we have in Australia are official criminal extortion rackets called the Office of the Adult Guardian and Office of the Public Trustee. As official entities, they have been endowed with total immunity and protection, consequently they are effectively unaccountable to any power in Australia. No media entity is prepared to take them on. There have been very few victories against official scum in Australia, three in Queensland in ten years and around the same in other states. Each victory results in the goalposts being moved to prevent any further victory. The most recent matter in Queensland was only achieved after intervention by the UN Human Rights Council and the International Court. Might I suggest that before blindly accepting the male bovine dropping misinformation being spread regarding the United Nations, people should consider what they would do it themself or a relative fell (or was pushed) into the clutches of the guardianship racket. Would you maintain your misinformed view that the UN is an islamic front or whatever nonsense, or would you do whatever it took to regain control or your own, or your relative's life ? To explain my reference to 'being pushed', be aware that all public hospitals have 'spotters', usually social workers, who are paid to alert official entities (kangaroo tribunals / Adult Guardians / Public Trustees) regarding any brain injury or other possible case that constitutes a target., especially if the victim has a significant nett worth. Often the spotter is a vindictive family member, lawyer or accountant who covets the victim's assets and believes they have an opportunity to get control. Mind you they are deluded because kangaroo tribunals almost always appoint Public Trustees to plunder victim's estates for the benefit of the government. Don't even think your EPOA will protect your interest as they aren't worth the paper on which they are written because one of the very first things kangaroo tribunals to is cancel them. I'll repeat for the benefit of those who didn't pick up on it the first time. There is no recourse in Australia, and the media refuses to expose the racket. To bring these scum to account, the only remedy that works is the UN Human Rights Council and the International Criminal Court. Very very few applications to the UN are accepted because acceptance criteria is strict (albeit well published) and precious few are prepared to comply with UN documentary requirements. Given that the Human Rights Council has eleven staff who receive some eleven thousand approaches a week, its not surprising that they need to be brutal regarding acceptance criteria. My group is presently attempting to force local authorities to clean up this mess but that is obviously a major undertaking in view of the quantum of exploitation (something north of half a trillion dollars per annum across all states)
