Applications are open for people to join Safer Care Victoria’s Cardiovascular Learning Health Network (Data and Advisory Groups).

Safer Care Victoria (SCV) is looking for people to join our new Cardiovascular Learning Health Network (LHN) who have lived experience in receiving cardiovascular care in our health services, and are passionate about advocating for others, improving safety and quality of care for consumers.

SCV is committed to partnering with the community in everything we do. This is an exciting new opportunity to work with us to bring consumer insights and amplify the consumer voice to improve safety and quality of cardiovascular healthcare in Victoria.

People will work together with a Clinical Lead, Consumer Lead, and a diverse team of subject matter experts in the LHN Advisory and Data Groups. It is important that consumer perspectives are central to the work of SCV and our Cardiovascular LHN.

The Cardiovascular LHN aims to:

Bring together consumers, clinicians, health service leaders, academics and other thought leaders to improve patient outcomes

enable health care improvement to be delivered on a large scale through access to data, evidence and comprehensive consumer and health sector stakeholder engagement.
