With the year ending, is your mind turning to 2022?
I am beginning to think about what I want my 2022 to look like. After the last two years, I hope to spend more time outdoors, and with family.
What do you hope your 2022 looks like?

Yes to get outside at every opportunity. Even if it is only in my own garden. After two years of bein in lockdown and long periods of crappy weather the sun and the fresh air is calling me.
Yes!! Cynthia, I am going to get my hands dirty in the garden too. I may try to plant a pot or two.

Well, I'm looking forward to next year as I want to have a more positive outlook after a turbulent year. Physical activity comes to my mind - long walks in the park and getting back into the local pool (waist deep water helps with my balance and overall wellbeing). Also, travel a bit - locally, and hopefully overseas as well!
I'm hoping the fatigue eases soon.
My garden is so overgrown and I want to tidy it up. Anything that involves bending over (pulling weeds etc) is difficult because my stroke affected my balance and I can't sit on the ground or kneel due to Osteoarthritis in my knees.
I'm hoping to mow small sections of lawn at a time. My yard is quite large and seems incredibly daunting now.
Long bush walks amongst the birds and nature. I want to take lots of photos and start and finish multiple drawings (maybe I should go for a smaller piece of paper to restrict the size I work on).
And spend lots of time with my family and getting to know my grand daughter.
I'm also really looking forward to when we can get back to face to face Strokesafe presentations...Zoom just isn't the same.
Happy New Year!
Hey Toni,
Could you post some of your photos, and perhaps one of those beautiful illustrations that you do?
Dxx
Your wish is my command :)
And one of my more recent favourite photos is of this snake eating a frog. I was on a walk at Lysterfield Lake NP and it occurred on the one occasion I forgot my camera.
