Hi everyone
I am writing this on behalf of my 47 year old brother who is recovering from a stroke at the beginning of August.
Bill is frustrated, lonely, upset, and all the emotions that go with trying to recover. He needs someone to talk to and I reckon that someone who has been through this would be best to talk to. However, Bill does not have internet so I am writing this on his behalf.
One of the effects of the stroke is that he keeps tipping to the left side when either standing, walking or sitting. He describes it as his body tipping, event though he is upright and straight. He needs to lean up against something in order to stop feeling like he is going to fall. Apparently this is 24/7 and does not go away. He is in a constant mental battle to stay upright. Bill feels that if this does not go away he will not be able to live his life anymore.
Has anybody else had this sensation and if so, has it gone away for you?
