Have you had issues when parking in an accessible car park?

The wheelchair symbol is  the international symbol of access so it won't be easy to change. An easier solution might be for the disabled access permit you place on your car to specify (in a broad category) what it has been provided for (in my case, vision problems). There is no way I could pass for "disabled" at a casual glace, and I don't even need a white cane to help me around, so I could easily run into the same issue if I ever used it. I can't drive any more so it's not too much of an issue for me, but I keep it handy in case I'm being driven somewhere where easy access would be useful.
