Amy asks - Do you ever push through fatigue?

Many of us feel, doing a little something, is better than giving in completely, to the challenging bouts of fatigue.

Let’s face it, neuro fatigue is not like any other version of tiredness, but is it possible to “break the cycle”?

Can doing something light, instead of absolutely nothing, help the fatigue episode move along faster?

Fatigue is definitely one of the biggest issues people face after stroke. Members of the Young Stroke Project have spoken about their experience with fatigue. - Fatigue can be so draining.

All the bloody time. But eventually the accumulated debt comes due and I crash.

Also, I am keenly aware that fatigue is not one thing. Even cognitive fatigue comes in flavours.

The overall message is to be kind to yourself. Accumulate a reserve for times when you need to draw down.
