Disability Support Workers are NOT disposable

I recently lost a very dedicated and caring professional from my Support team because of the lack of employment standards for these valuable people.  The good ones are leaving the industry because they are paid as casuals and treated like "garbage" by many Providers who are too interested in their profit margins and don't care enough about employees and clients.  I have raised a Petition with the Australian Federal Government about improving employment standards and fairer work conditions for our valuable Disability Support Workers.  Please read my Petition # EN8737 at Webpage is https://www.aph.gov.au/e-petitions then input EN8737 in the search box.  If you agree, please add your signature.  The Petition needs 65 signatures before 24 December 2025 for it to be presented to the Lower House.  Thank you for taking the time to be involved in this very important issue.
