Yes take it easy your body is trying to pull you up . Unfortunately we have to learn the new normal for us . I always feel worse the next day after a big day fatigue hang over is real .

Your body will tell you what it needs. Whilst I understand the need to push through, you will find you will improve more and more if you let your body tell you what to do. Wish you all the best with your recovery Jennifer x

Early on yes - my stroke was May 2020. Initially, when I was fatigued I hit the wall and had to stop. I’m much better now. Yes I still get fatigued but it’s not so consuming as early on and I don’t get the headaches I did in the early days. I’ve also learned to pace myself and my day a lot better.
I would suggest in the first few months if you are fatigued mid-afternoon to have a nap (no shame in that). You probably did a little too much yesterday.
Also was it hot where you were? I’m finding the humidity in Melbourne very difficult to deal with this summer.

Yes it happens, you will need to learn to stop and rest before you get to that stage. A power nap or even just some quiet time might put you back on track

Next month it’s 6 years since my stroke & Yep the fatigue stills happens. Be kind to yourself & try to enjoy your new slower pace as frustrating as is. Nana naps are the best thing when your brain gets tired 😴

My stroke was in 2017 and I experience extreme fatigue by mid afternoon. If I do too much or try to extend my day much further past 3pm without taking a break and resting, I feel sick as well. It can affect me to the point where I am 'out' for days if I don't look after myself. Fortunately I was able to amend my work hours to accommodate this, and feel much better each day. Take it easy, and listen to your body. If it needs rest, you will know!
